During the fall and early winter, City Public Works staff continued working on developing the landfill cells, the equipment building pad, and the access road. City staff hauled scoria from the Polovina pit to the site to place scoria on the access road as well as for the equipment building pad. 3-Tier Alaska conducted final grades. Fencing and gate supplies arrived via Coastal Transportation.
