Earth moving work for the new Aalax Landfill will resume in summer. The City’s new refuse truck and hooklift truck arrived on the barge in March 2025. Over the summer and fall months, the City expects to erect the equipment building, install fencing, and complete earth moving work. Additionally, the surveyor will return to complete the asbuilts.
