March 6, 2026 – The City received two proposals in response to RFP 25-02, for the Infrastructure Improvements to Enhance Drinking Water Resiliency project. This project is for the planning, design, procurement and installation of equipment and systems, and construction of three components which will improve the capabilities and capacity of the City of Saint Paul’s Water Utility.

One proposal was received from Kuna Engineering and the other from Bristol Prime Contractors. Both were received via email prior to the deadline of 5:00 pm December 10, 2025.

A notice of intent to award a contract was issued on January 9, 2026.  The City and Kuna negotiated a contract on March 6, 2026 to complete the project within the budgeted amount as per the RFP.
