October 2025 —The Agnew::Beck team is currently working on developing the draft business plan.

Specifically, they are:

• Developing the financial model that will feed into the financial pro forma and feasibility picture. The financial model and pro forma will take into consideration the estimated capital and operations and maintenance costs.
• Funding sources and strategies overview
• Conceptual drawings

The business plan is just one of the deliverables and accomplishments necessary to propel the Community Farm project forward. Agnew::Beck were hired to complete several deliverables to demonstrate to additional funding agencies the level of planning and preparation that has been achieved thus far.
