Electrical transformers for the project started arriving on Coastal Transportation in October 2025. The City Public Works staff will pick them up and store them until work resumes in the spring of 2026. The electrical switch is expected to arrive in Spring of 2026.  Electric Power Constructors and Electric Power Systems will mobilize in Spring of 2026 to install the transformers and switches and remove the existing transformers.
