On October 14, the City published an RFP for this project, funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This project is for the planning, design, procurement and installation of equipment and systems, and construction of three components which will improve the capabilities and capacity of the City of Saint Paul’s Water Utility. The RFP was also published on the Plans Room. The deadline to submit proposals is November 14, 2025.
