On December 5, Agnew::Beck Consulting submitted a draft Community Farm Business Plan to the City. The draft included:
- Executive summary
- Project and farm overview
- Market analysis
- Community input notes / summary
- Financial narrative – including start up costs, operating expenses, and operating revenues
- Capital stack and fundraising strategy
- First year work plan
- Appendices: Case studies, interview summary, fundraising opportunities, community visit summary
The City is working with Agnew::Beck to further refine the draft plan and inclusion of financial model, management and business structure, proposed layout, and conceptual design.
