PRISM contractors have been on island most of June and July. The Contractor’s electricians and welders mobilized to the island in late July. The two old fuel tanks have been demolished and disposed of. The two new fuel tanks were moved to the site. PRISM has set timbers and concrete pads for the new tanks. With these upgrades, the City will be switching from paper fuel tickets to a card reader system.
