The City and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) prepared an Environmental Assessment and Preliminary Finding of No Significant Impact for public review and comment for 30 calendar days in July of 2023. EPA considered public and agency comments prior to making its decision regarding implementation of the proposed project. No adverse or negative concern was expressed or received. The Environmental Assessment did not identify significant effects to resources because of the project.
