Bulk Fuel Project – The bulk fuel project is now in the construction phase. All of Prism’s material and supplies are on the island. Their crew will bring the small hand tools needed to do the work. Prism plans to be on the island on June 16th to begin construction. Prism will still be on track to complete the project by July 21st.
