The Bulk Fuel Facility and Dispensing Tankage project is nearly complete. From late September through October, crews worked on the welding the fuel piping, blowing out and testing the diesel piping, fixing leaks, backfilling the electrical trench, and installing doors on the pump box.  Crews plan to return the first week of November to complete the Point-of-Sale system, final inspections and testing, and commissioning.
