In April of 2026, the City of Saint Paul published a Request For Proposals (RFP) for preparing a Saint Paul Island Supplemental Safe Transportation Development Plan to enhance the Action Plan completed in February 2025. The City received one proposal in response to this RFP. The successful offeror was Kuna Engineering.  The City and Kuna Engineering executed a contract for this project in June, 2026.
