The Contractor has been onsite in September working to complete the buildings.  The door has been installed at the Ellerman and Sandy Lane Lift Stations. Conduit, heaters, and lights have been installed at the Sandy Lane Lift Station. Electrical equipment has been installed at Ellerman.
