The City issued a Request for Proposals to provide design services, environmental review, survey work, and preparation of construction bid documents, among other tasks, for the City South Docks Renovation and New Berthing Dolphins Project. This RFP is combined with planning and design of other Harbor improvements funded under a separate USDOT MARAD grant award.

Proposals must be received via email no later than April 30, 2026 at 5:00pm Alaska Standard Time.
